Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their flagship North American plant located just north of Nashville near Goodlettsville / Hendersonville TN. The Generalist will be responsible to execute HR processes, policies and programs. Professionally oriented persons with a Bachelors Degree, a PHR or SHRM CP and HR Generalist experience in Manufacturing would be preferred. This is a fantastic, people centric company with very low turnover. This is a modern facility that has received significant Capital Upgrades that is climate controlled They have over 30 domestic locations and a diverse Corporate HR Team.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations
- Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
- Administer talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention following all Federal, Local and Company requirements, including understanding resource competition.
- Employee and labor relations
- Affirmative action and equal employment compliance
- Time Keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes/corrections
- Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
- Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3-5 Years of Human Resources Experience in Manufacturing
- PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
- Good Understanding of Compensation & Benefits Programs
- Strong People Skills and Ability to Manage Employee & Labor Relations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook Knowledge of HRIS Administration
